Your AI team, on the desktop.

Waily runs a team of agents over GPT-5 Codex, Gemini, Claude and local models, and hands you finished files.

Questions

The honest answers.

  • What is Waily, in one sentence?

A desktop app where a team of AI agents plans your request, works it in parallel, and hands you the finished file, plus a browser chat on the same account.

  • Which models can it use?

Sign in with accounts you already pay for (ChatGPT via the bundled Codex CLI, Google Gemini, Claude), paste API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek and more, or download a local model and run completely offline. Waily routes around whichever provider is busy so missions finish.

  • How do updates work?

The app checks for a new version on launch and downloads it in the background. A small banner offers a restart when it is ready; if you ignore it, the update applies on the next normal quit. No reinstalling, no update wizards.

  • Are the web-chat token limits soft or hard caps?

Hard caps. When you hit your monthly allowance the API returns an error instead of silently overcharging you. Limits reset on the 1st of each UTC month. Errors don't count toward your usage.

  • Does it run on macOS or Linux?

Not yet. Today the desktop app is Windows 10/11, 64-bit. The browser chat at chat.waily.ai works everywhere in the meantime.

  • Where does my data live?

Desktop chats, missions and local models stay on your machine. Web-chat conversations are stored on Waily's servers, scoped to your account, encrypted at rest, and never sold or shared. You can delete a chat or your whole account at any time.

One window for every model you use.
